Capturing an iconic image of a person takes years of practice, patience, thousands of shots and some luck, being in the right place at the right time with the right conditions and the right equipment. The Associated Press are being sue happy, in my opinion; If the design is changed at least 30% from the original then they can do nothing. I hope they lose and Obama's lawyers defend Shepard Fairey and his amazing art.
